About

ImagoAI Health was founded by Dr. Alexander Goehler, a trained internist, board-certified radiologist, and physician–scientist with more than 20 years of experience across academia and industry.

At Novartis Biomedical Research, he served as Head of Clinical Imaging & Analytics, where he built a Center of Excellence supporting programs across oncology, neuroscience, immunology, and cardiometabolic disease.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Goehler held faculty appointments at Harvard/MIT and Yale, as well as Charité and the University of Duisburg-Essen. His specialization is in clinical epidemiology and cost-effectiveness analysis of cardiometabolic and oncological diseases.

This blend of clinical, academic, and industry expertise enables ImagoAI Health to bridge radiology, AI/ML, and clinical development—translating innovation into usable biomarkers, robust endpoints, and inspection-ready trial workflows.
